Delivery address privacy & terms

When you choose “Check delivery address” or continue to payment, Basil Thai sends the street address field to Google Maps to check the delivery area. The separate apartment/suite and delivery-instructions fields stay with your order and are not sent for the map check.

Your contact information and delivery details are used to process your order, arrange delivery, and send order updates. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details are not entered on this website. Receipt and order records are accessible to authorized restaurant staff.

Your unpaid cart is stored in this browser session. Closing an unpaid payment must be confirmed before it is replaced. Please do not enter gate passwords or other sensitive access codes in delivery instructions.

Using delivery checkout

Delivery requires at least $300 in food, a $25 delivery fee, a destination within 10 straight-line miles, and at least 48 hours of notice during our business hours. An estimate or address check is not an order confirmation. Review the address, items, delivery time and total before paying. Contact Basil Thai for changes or cancellation; do not submit another payment for an existing order.
